One of the most popular operations worldwide, with an incredibly positive impact on the psychology of patients.
The result has to do with increasing the size of the breasts, as well as with their ideal shaping.
After a special body measurement by Dr Otto, you will discuss and decide together, the size of the silicone implants, the location of the incision and he will suggest the appropriate placement.
Implant type
Breast augmentation is performed using the latest generation of microtextured silicone implants. POLYTECH implants, MESMO and B-Lite series, are the epitome of technological development, combining top quality with absolute safety.
Modern breast augmentation techniques require an anatomical (tear drop) implant shape, simulating the natural shape of a woman's breast.

Implant placement
Depending on your body type, the location of the implants can be:
a) below the mammary gland and above the thoracic muscle.
b) below the mammary gland, above the thoracic muscle but below its fascia.
c) below the mammary gland and under the thoracic muscle (Dual Plane).
incision location
Surgical access can be performed:
a) with an inframammary incision, at the point where the new breast meets the thorax.
b) with periareolar incision, in the lower half of the nipple.
In both cases, Dr Otto, uses no external sutures.
Postoperative scars are usually inconspicuous.
The whole operation is performed bloodlessly.

What else you need to know
- The patient leaves the operating room without drains (tubes), without gauzes, just wearing a special bra that she will be using for a month.
- After a few hours she leaves for home.
- After the first 24 hours they can take a shower.
- The return to daily activities can be done from the next day, however Dr Otto recommends abstaining from work for 5-7 days.
- Exercise can be started gradually after the first week and according to Dr Otto's instructions.
- It should be noted that breast augmentation can, if necessary, be combined with mastopexy.
