The operation concerns the reduction and reshaping of the breasts to their ideal proportions.
Very often, breast augmentation also provides a solution to neck and spine problems associated with the large size of the breasts.
Incisions
In most cases, the incision starts around the nipple and extends downward as a vertical line continuing horizontally into the inframammary fold, resembling an inverted "T".
Dr Otto does not use external sutures and postoperative scars particularly indistinguishable in the long run.

What else you need to know:
- Except in cases of huge breasts, nipple sensation is not affected.
- The patient leaves the operating room without drains (tubes), without gauzes, just wearing a special bra that she will be using for a month.
- After a few hours she leaves for home.
- After the first 24 hours they can take a shower.
- The return to daily activities can be done from the next day, however Dr Otto recommends abstaining from work for 5-7 days.
- Exercise can be started gradually after the first week and according to Dr Otto's instructions.
