Relaxation and/or loss of volume of the the buttocks is a problem that concerns a large portion of patients, men and women. In its mild form, it is characterized by moderate relaxation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, while when the problem is extensive, there is a large excess of skin (sagging).

Operating method
- Buttock Lift
It involves people who have lost buttock volume in combination with the development of loose, excessive skin in the area.
During this operation, Dr Otto makes an incision along the upper border of the buttocks to lift them, remove excess skin and create a smoother, tighter contour. For patients who will need extra volume, buttock lift can be combined with fat transfer to create greater projection and a more improved shape.
- Brazilian Butt-Lift, using autologous fat
This operation concerns the majority of patients and is indicated for the restoration of buttock volume, when the relaxation in the area is small or moderate and the elasticity of the skin is good to moderate.
Dr Otto, during surgery performs fat transfer, using the patient's own fat, from another site. The basic condition is the existence of sufficient fat for taking.
The result is, increase in volume and projection of the buttocks with perfect overall shape and symmetry.
In case there is not enough fat to take and the need for volume is very high, then silicone implants can be used.
- Brazilian Butt-Lift, using injectable body hyaluronic acid
For small or moderate volume, or when fat is not enough, then under local anesthesia, using a thin non-traumatic cannula, Dr Otto injects hyaluronic acid into the appropriate areas to sculpt your buttocks in the desired proportions.
The application is performed in the doctor's office and the result is immediate and without recovery time.
What else you need to know
- operation is performed, either under local anesthesia and sedation, or under general anesthesia depending on the size of the problem.
- Buttock Lift is performed under general anesthesia and the patients stay for one night in the clinic. Dr Otto does not use external sutures and postoperative scars are particularly indistinguishable in the long run.
- In the case of Brazilian Butt-Lift with autologous fat , the operation is performed, either under local anesthesia or with sedation and the patients leave the clinic the same day.
- In all methods, the uniform effect is immediately apparent.
