Cellulite correction

One of the main causes of cellulite is the connective tissue fibers (septae) that connect the skin to the underlying muscle fascia. Some of them pull the skin inwards, creating characteristic impressions.

Method

Dr Otto, using a special knife, cuts these fibers to a certain depth, releasing the skin and then injects autologous PRP plasma into the affected areas.
In this way, a smooth and uniform surface is created.
In case the impressions are particularly intense, Dr Otto uses the patient's own fat taken from elsewhere.

What else you need to know

• The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, without incisions and without sutures.
• Dr Otto recommends using a rubber corset or leggings for a week.
• Quite often there are bruises that go away within 7-10 days.
